Healey brake lines

Hi, I'm rebuilding a BJ8 and need a diagram of the correct routing of brake pipes for a 1965 rh drive car with overdrive. It's mostly in the front engine compartment that I need help with. Can any member provide a quick sketch or point me to a info source?

Sorry John, can't help as I'm In the same situation with my rhd BN1. So any info with respect to a BN1 would also be appreciated.

I couldn't find anything on a right hand drive car either. But if you have nothing else, here is a pic of my brake lines on my left hand drive BJ7 before I took it apart.

I have converted a lhd bj8 to rhd and had the same dilemma. not having a car to copy makes it a more difficult task. What I did was to scour the pictures of rhd bj8s, print off where the lines went and copy them I have kept the pics and think that I could email them to you, also if you have any questions I can hopefully answer them for you. I used nickel/copper lines from the USA, they are very easy to bend with either a tube bender or just by hand, I also did not have any leaks on any of the joins. The conversion from lh, to rh has to be done by yourself as the US kit only caters for the LHD. They supplied the extra tube needed Saltiga

Just got back from New Zealand where some of us from SoCal attended the national Healey rally in Nelson. There were 70 cars there of which a high percentage were RHD BJ8s.

Brian may have been there; his BN6 wasn't. Hung out with Geoff at some of the activities. We did the tour, but broke off toward the end and headed for Queenstown.
