I had to order some new tappets before I could install my freshly done head. Then, when the new tappets came, a couple of them were damaged so I had to have them send me some new ones. Anyway, they came and I have finally gotten the head on my Spit re-installed and torqued with new ARP head studs and nuts.

Now I'm just setting the valve clearances. Progress!
 
Did you ever make any progress in getting your camera to take pictures? Talk about keeping us in the dark......
 
Basil's camera works just fine, he's just having a little difficulty posting to the site. Geez, if only he knew someone who could give him a quick lesson, hmmmm....
 
Maybe his camera is a Lucas?
 
Geez, guys. Leave 'im alone. If he'd stop to take pix it'd break his stride. I wanna see th' "Vroooom!" post. :devilgrin:
