2. Hayfields is located on route 121 in North Salem, NY. It is a farmstand with a kitchen serving bacon & eggs, bagels, toast and sandwiches plus coffee and. There is a sports car meetup the first Sunday of the month in season. It takes me about 35 minutes to get there from Stamford over really great smooth roads with sweeping bends, some tight - perfect for a vintage sports car. 50 mph is about the right speed. Only problem especially in summer are bicycles - tons of them. Not many LBCs this time. 3 TR6's, one MGB, several Lotuses, that SS Jag replica and a Lotus Cortina. Several of our TR6 owners were working on their cars and could not make it up. You have to get there early to get a space. It's becoming too popular. I had to park in the driveway, leaving just enough room for others to get in and out.
