(Sorry it isn't British this year!)

You've outdone yourself once again, Steve!

Mickey

I can't believe Steve's gone over to th' flat-head V-8 crowd!

Great photo, Steve! Priceless.

Nice house and pretty wife, too! Lucky man!

Indeed, that is a *great* picture! But what's that green stuff on the ground?

(Add me to the garage envy list too.)

Tom

Doc, what would you have me do, put an MGB engine in it?

Tom, that green stuff is paint falling off my truck.

Gee Steve, at first I thought the truck had pedal power. :jester: And, a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and yours also! PJ

So that's how they got the truck in "Cars" to talk.

Great pic and back at you (all) with the sentiment.

I just KNOW you have access to a nice straight six MG mill. :jester:

Happy holidays right back at you! Great photo!

Here's my Dad's old Ford (I think a '47) taken around 1967. Flathead V8 with three speed on floor. Starter button was on the floor but the igniton key actually locked the steering (like a modern car). The kids in the back are my younger siblings. I drove this thing all through the South Jersey Pine Barrens before I ever had a driver's license.

Nice picture, as usual. Happy Holidays to you too.

"And I also suddenly have some extreme garage envy."

Forget about garage envy, I have wife envy, do you guys see whats in her hand. I'd kill to get a wrench in my wifes hands sometime. Merry Christmas everyone.

I, like Steve, seem to be lucky in that regard.

My wife is the one on the left teaching her Sister on the right to change her own oil.

I'll chime in too, Walt:

Horsemits, A.K.A. "Wrench Wench".

As long as we're doing Christmas Pics of our better half. You may recall yesterday I posted about helping Mrs Basil make 4 dozen Enchiladas? Here she is with her sorority sisters yesterday, Christmas Eve (the blond second from left) helping in the kitchen at the local Ronald McDonald house for families with loved ones with cancer.
