GT6 GT6 heater hoses

Ok I have a customer that brought his spit6 in to get some work done. One thing he wants is the heater hooked up. The back of the GT6 manifold has a Y shaped adaptor that the heater valve screws into. My plan was to remove that valve and put a nipple in to run to the stock spitfire heater valve but where do I run the heater return line to? Anyone have a picture or good description as to how the stock GT6 heater hoses run?

Does the GT6 use the same setup as the big 6 with the return going thru the manifold?

You will need a tube that runs under the manifold, that would be your return. It goes into the water pump housing. You should have a plug in the bottom portion of the housing. I'll look to see if I have one, it's a little longer than the TR3=4 one. VB has a good picture of it in their on line catalog.

PS You can make it out of copper. Just a compression fitting at the pump housing.

Wayne, your to quick with that delete button. Had a snide remark all typed and ready to enter.

These two photos may help.

So it ain't like the big 6's return line.
