Shipwrights disease!!!! My engine went 2 years ago and since the engine was out and it was easy to get to other stuff the front suspension came apart, the rear suspension came apart, the brakes, the gearbox came apart, the steering...... and a whole bunch more. A Herald sure does take up allot of space when it is disassembled! Tomorrow I start a 5 week vacation and in addition to some renovations in my apartment, the Herald is going to be back in approximately 1 piece and pass MOT.
Dale seriously now, painting the hubs and brake holding thingies is really overkill. The first time you use the brakes they are going to be covered with a layer of black dust. I don't think the factory bothered painting them!
As for "clean room clean" I have spent the last 10 years working around semiconductor clean rooms. I can see invisible dirt by now!
