Agreed: Four hands, two heads on the first go. After you've done the first one the other side will take half the time. Tony will be right about the need for a few more bits, BTW. The top thru-bolt may need a replacement after the removal process, and a perfect time to renew the upper bushings. I've found it helpful to slack off the other thru-bolt of the arms and wedge a ~thin~ blade screwdriver betwixt them at the same place (just to the point of an "air-gap." Not more than 1/16") makes getting the upper trunion assembly in between them MUCH easier. If you go too far with it, it'll bend the NEW damper's "crankshaft" so be gentle.
