Tony, It takes you 4-5 hours to get to Memphis? I've always driven it in about 3 hrs and thats at the speed limit!

58 I couldn't get away with that with all the gray hair I have. You guys probably aren't aware of this. This is Elvis week here. There are several things going on because of it. Terir having the candle light visual at Graceland Friday night.
 
Tony - so you and Don are leaving Fri. morning? I was planning on a Huntsville trip this coming weekend. I'll check the schedule and see if I can make a Augusta-Memphis-Huntsville-Augusta loop. When do ya'll plan on leaving Memphis on the return leg?
 
Tom...told Jerri about your Friday night/Saturday morning plan & that Don might follow up in his GT...she said that if he decided to do so, she might come along & we'd do the Friday night thing...you & wife & Joe Reed & wife up to that?
 
David.....my initial plan was to drive up Friday am, do our thing & drive back Friday pm....then, Don said he'd follow me in his GT...then Jerri said she might ride up with me & we'd spend the weekend (our 34th anniversary is Saturday)...so, as of Monday morning, the only thing I know for sure is I'm gonna be there Friday! That being said, when my daughter signs in with her plans for our anniversary, who knows!
But, join the convoy!
 
I needed a good excuse to take the GT on a long trip. Unfortunately, I also need to haul some stuff to Huntsville. Being able to have a face-to-face meetup with some Signatures is too much to resist. I'm going to reschedule the parts delivery. I'll probably go I20 to Birmingham and then up US78 to Germantown. Don & I can convoy back at our leisure while you and Jerri celebrate.

Gee David, Don't know if the old gray mare can keep up with that hotrod GT...

Possiblity exists that I may have to work Fri. I hate Monday morning meetings. Will keep you posted.
