So I am making progress, I think, on the BE project. Bought this painted tub and bonnet and "tons" of parts in Nov. I too now have a ton (read $) of new and used parts. Front and rear suspension are on and am installing the front brakes. I'm not sure I have the caliper mounted on the correct side. The Bentley manual has the bleed screw at the bottom. Won't that make it hard to get the air out? Picture below is of the left side. Do I need to take it off and put it on the other side?
Also, PO bought new rear springs. Now that everything is installed in the back, the limit straps are about 1 1/2" too short (with the axle jacked up). Do I just drive it (read: when it is together), and wait until the rear "settles?"
Thanks in advance for your gracious help!
