Thanks guys.
The leak into the passenger compartment-I think it came in from under the plate under the carbon or charcoal cannister- the coolant made a mess everywhere.
The rad cap is a 7# cap. The upper and lower rad hoses are new, so are the heater hoses.

All three plugs on the side weep, there isnt one on the very back above the bell housing is there?
Just went out and looked. I didnt know that rear one was there. Thanks for the heads up. Its hard to tell, but I dont think it is weeping. So that is the one max was talking about.
Its hard to tell, but I dont think it (back plug) is weeping....

I doubt the rear plug was installed any differently and I would not want to chance it. If this were my car, I'd return to the shop (with my car on a rollback) and ask to speak to the owner. There is no excuse for mis-installing a freeze plug at a machine shop. As Tony (EDIT: as Doc says /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/jester.gif) says, find a new shop.
