Engine Bay 99% Complete

I used allen plugs. It's been so long, I don't remember the size, but the are available at most hardware stores. But it's very clean.
 
John - can you loose the washer & still maintain vacuum?
 
Here is the solution. I put 1 3/4" 5/16" studs in the two manifold holes. I put a nut at the bottom and one on top of the clamps. It brouht the pipe up to the perfect height. Yay!

And for grins I used the same studs to add chrome acorn nuts on my T-stat housing! lol!

Now you need chrome acorn nuts to hold the copper pipe in place!
