Disclosure - I'm grumpy over the state of the customer service I've received from pretty much every company I've interacted with this week, but don't try to get any expert advice from the Eastwood Company forums.
Total waste of time - their experts don't participate. Shows a lack of understanding of how to help their customers or a lack of concern/respect for their customers. Hope it is just the former.
