Draught excluder

I have the rubber/cloth draught excluder from Moss in black and the dark blue Bristleflex one from McGregor. The interior trim on the car is dark blue with light blue piping on the seats and the carpet is black along with black Hardura covering the rear deck and boot. The Moss product looks closer in weave pattern than the Bristleflex and I don't know which one I should use. Horler shows it matching the trim when the floor covering is the same color, but black in another picture.
TIA, Rut

I used the rubber and cloth version from AHSpares. My preference over the Bristleflex.

Ray,
Ive installed the blue Bristleflex one and I'm not completely satisfied with the look of fit. I have the black one from AH Spares and will probably install one side to see what I think.
Thanks, Rut

I have the Bristleflex excluders and I think they're too thick. I can't get the doors to fair at the bottom because they're being forced back outward by the bristleflex draught excluders. I've "massaged" the pinchweld on the rockers inward to give more space but they're still forcing the doors outward. I don't like the way they look anyway. are the standard ones from Moss closer in appearance to the originals? what about that attachment clip problem the originals had? do the new ones present that problem as well?

Here you go...BristleFlex on the right side and the AH Spares product on the left. The BristleFlex was a breeze to install, the AH Spares was difficult to install correctly and it's not as secure. They both apply too much pressure on the bottom of the doors, but the AH Spares applies more and pushes the bottom of the door out. I prefer the look of the AH Spares product since it's more like the original in appearance.

I removed the BristleFlex and replaced them with the AH Spares units and they initially pushed the doors out at the bottom, but after being compressed for a couple of days the door fit is better. I must say that the aluminum 'grippers' that go over the flange around the door opening are one step above a pos and the BristleFlex is much better in that aspect. You need to be very careful when installing them and take special care going around the 2 inside corners where they tend to twist and bunch up.

Rick,
I would assume that he only makes one BristleFlex in different colors. It's a nice looking product, easy to install, works well...just not the correct look.
Thanks, Rut
