Yeah Dave...the weather hasn't been conducive to "top down" driving. It's NOT a pretty sight seeing a 65 year old man climbing in and out of the passenger door with the top up. I've mostly been driving the truck and my young (42 year old) wife Carla has been climbing in and out everyday...Thanks for the hinges!
It looks like the flat material that the rubber stop is mounted to is bent, because of the door swinging too far. The fender edge may not be stiff enough to pry against if you use a screwdriver. Can you make a flat U-shaped piece that has holes to screw it to the holes? It would be to the left of the opening. Then pry against it to straighten the hinge?
