A little help: if the header is 2 in and I want to use that stainless cpl from jcw, what size do I need? This is becomming a real problem trying to match it up to an Abarth system for a BJ8. Any help is appreciated

Hi RC,
The JCW flex pipes appear to be sized by ID. For example, a 2" ID coupler would fit over a 2" OD pipe & could be clamped or welded. The 2" appears to be available in 8, 10, 12, & 14" overall lengths. You need to verify the diameters of the pipes you plan to connect together. The couplers come in various diameters.

If your header is two out & the muffler is two in, you would need two couplers. You could shorten the header extensions to make room for the couplers.
