You started with a 3, ended up with an inferior 8, I still show a 7. Far superior.
 
the aftermarket parts never quite have the same feel as the original.

I know what it's like. Never lived near Hanford, but spent long enough on glow-boats to glow in the dark. The RC from my boat is buried at Hanford, along with all the others scrapped at Bremerton.
