Since cooling is a recurrent and much discussed subject, here is the most comprehensive write up I have yet found on the subject. Enjoy. Guy
I would like to see photos of your baffling directing air through your radiator.Over the winter I had my engine completely rebuilt--torn down, hot tanked, etc. I also had installed a new Wizard AL radiator along with baffling directing the air through the radiator and not around it , etc.
Previously my car ran at around 180 and as with most Healeys was very quick to overheat (200+ indicated) in stop and go traffic for anything over 3-4 minutes, even with a Texas-cooler type fan and an auxiliary electric in front of the rad.
Now, even with ambient temperatures of 95 degrees the car runs at around 165 and does not get above 190 in traffic (Temperatures verified).

I'm afraid that unless I removed the grill a photo would not show much but I will give it a try tomorrow.
I'll see if I can get the plans mailed back to me and have them scanned to share them.
Thank you Michael.Patrick--
While I was able to pass the endoscope camera between the grille slats I had no way of controlling it, and in any case I doubt pictures would show you much that would be of help. However, if I am able to recover the patterns I'll certainly scan and post them.
