Convert BJ8 exhaust to single silencer

I have a BJ8 ph2 with stainless double silencer system, as original. If i want some more noise, can I somehow buy parts to convert it to a single silencer system with outlet in the rear left or do I have to buy a completely new system?

Yes NIB,

Go to a good muffler shop where they can custom bend exhaust
pipes and have them make you a couple of pipes that connect to the ends of the front silencers and then run out like this photo.

Hi ED that is good advice. However, my experience is, most muffler shops do not have SS the ability to bend SS tubing or do stainless steel welding.

You might want to bring the end pips out further to avoid discoloring the fender(wing). I've seen chrome stain from exhaust so I can only imagine what will happen to paint.

Seems like AH spares has a complete system, has anyone tested that?

Manufactured especially for A.H. Spares by Double S exhausts these performance exhausts are a straight through system which makes the two rear silencers redundant creating better ground clearance. This also provides increased exhaust gas flow. Made from high-grade stainless steel this system will definitely give you a performance and sound upgrade. Comes complete with down pipes.

Mostly, side exhausts pop out just in front of the rear wheel not behind it. If you have the right size pipes at the muffler under the seat, it is just a matter of buying in a side exit that fits directly to the muffler.
