I like the feel of the 3 synchro box better than I so the al synchro, despite having to come to a full stop before going into first. It is my second favourite British box - the first is the 3 synchro box with close ratio gears - sweet set up, especially with a lower diff (I ran a 4.55 in the race car but I had an OD)
