A bit of background, I purchased a 1960 Triumph TR3 as a project for myself to work on. The car is not currently drivable and I am going through everything to get it there.
I removed the clutch slave cylinder to rebuild it, when I found that the clutch shaft could be easily moved by hand. Is this a sign of a problem with the clutch? I uploaded a short video to YouTube, https://youtu.be/-EGtdIIU55I. I was expecting more resistance from the clutch, i.e. not able to move by hand.
Right now I'm planning to pull the gearbox to inspect the clutch, but I thought I would post here first to check that I'm not missing something.
