That is one of those questions that may need a little interpretation. they are very concerned about the use of classic cars as regular transportation. I would think that the question would be better stated in a way that denotes primary usage for emergencies such as their questions about primary vehicles nad usage. Obviously using the car in an emergency would denote much higher risk to the vehicle and thus they do not want to insure that risk. This is why they and the others need proof of a primary vehicle to write the policy. Now in reality, should there be an emergency and the classic was the only one around, of course you would use it. Hagerty's policy does not limit coverage in this manner so you would have coverage.
