Yeah I do not like the way it smells either. Unfortunately it may be that changing the oil dislodged some dirt in the engine which produced a blockage. I think the most likely place would be the Crank shaft.-Whew! Was the drained oil very very dirty??
No matter how I converted it, 8 1/8 quarts seems like too much oil. 12ÂĽ UK pints = 7.4 US quarts, 12ÂĽ US pints = 6.15 US quartsPizzi348 said:<span style="font-weight: bold">I put in 8 1/8 quarts</span> of oil.
