Everyone should drive a Lotus 7, a classic Mini, a T-series MG, a small formula car (F-Ford or F-Vee), a Miata and an old American pickup truck (a '40s or 50s Ford flathead would be best) at least once in their life.
It would also be kean to drive a tractor (Me: Ford 3000) a bulldozer (I've ridden on a D9), a Harley-Davidson motorcycle (900 Sportster) and fly an old tailwheel airplane (numerous).
I drove a crappy Ferrari 250 GTE once upon a time (at a place I worked). Felt like my old Volvo P1800 but with worse steering. Neat engine sounds but otherwise, not impressed. Maybe it was that particular car.
I have zero interest in driving that "Bugatti".....in part because it's not even a real Bugatti.
I would just like to *sit* in a T35B before I die.
Never drove a Ford Model T but I've driven a Model A. Fun!
Never a real Cobra, but a kit, yes. Doors are smaller than a Sprite. Pedals are all cockeyed and shifter seems like an afterthought.
Big Healeys are the nicest looking cars but the driving experience doesn't work for me.
I drove my friend's Porsche 996 just last week; the nicest 911-type I've driven.

But it'd include things like a Model S Ford, a 300SL Gullwing, Ferrari America, Testarossas, 308's. Dino Fiats, TR-bloody-twos, some odd Rollies... a 1906 Rolls, a Winton Whippet, several Shelby Cobra variants, Carreras in two and four wheel drive variants, 930s, blah-blah, blah.
Nothin' on that list has my attention. My big yen is to pilot a GTO... Th' REAL one. Even if just to the local Quik-Rip.

I've still got to do #1 #2 #7 and #10. I drove a 57 Lincoln Primier convertable. Does that count twards the 59 caddy? Wait A minute! I drove a 60 Caddy. It was only around a parking lot though.. the brakes were leaking. Ok.. I think I've got #7 covered.
I really wanna drive a Model T. That'd be fun. All the different controls. I really have no desire to drive the Bugatti. The old Ferrari would be fun. The only Ferrari I ever drove was a tired 308. But it was still a nice ride.
I worked at a Superformance dealer, so I've drivin plenty of Cobra kits. From Factory 5s to the Superformance. Some felt like they were pieced togeather by a group of cub scouts (sounds like what Nial was describing), but others were as close to the originals as you could get. Flat out thrilling rides. I personally could not own one. I'd either get thrown in jail, or killed.
I own #9. I agree with thier take. ( although sometimes I'd add the term "scary" in the stability department.)
~edit~ adding to Doc. I've been allowed the privilage to sit in both a 300SL gullwing, and a Testarossa, also an original Cobra, but never been handed the keys.

This monster lincoln was pink and black, with the continental kit. (the owner called it the "Barbie car")
Just for giggles I measured the quarter panal one time. From the door gap to the tip of the tail fin was 12 feet!
It sure turned heads to tool around town in.
Battery was under the floorboards on the passender side. What a pain to charge!

The small formula car I drove was at Skip Barber's introduction to racing that mine son got me for father's day. That is a day I'll never forget. The most fun I had driving in a four wheeled vehicle.
Other then that, just let me loose in Jay Leno's garage!

Back in the early 80’s A high school buddy of mine had his dad fund a exotic car sales company. Fresh out of high school and way to much money it did not last long but he would always call me first to deliver cars for him or pickup. The cars I have had the opportunity to drive.. The most fun pickup was a Ferrari 308 GTB.
Flew to Boston and drove it back to Minneapolis with my girl friend. It was a blast.
But I have to tell you the most relaxed well behaved reliable and just plain safest feeling was the Porches. The other cars people would see you slow down or speed up and drive along side on the freeway and make you nervous about getting hit. The Porsches on the other hand it was like it had a stealth shield around it its like you snuck up on them and just drove away before they knew you were there. What happened to the company? Misappropriation of funds such a bad boy.

Back in the day
I didn't drive but rode in one of Shelby's new 427's when they were going from one Ford dealership to another, introducing the 427. Driver was a girl I had gone to drivers school with a real talent. That is the most 'sudden' car I have ever been in. City block, light to light, 0 to 100 to 0! Sucking up the seat covers.
