Bumper Packing Piece

Can anyone tell me what the "Bumper Packing" piece that goes between the rear bumper and the bracket looks like?

Is it metal or plastic, how thick?

Anyone have a picture?

My car is a BT7 Mk1

It's a metal square with a hole in the middle and a nub in each corner to spread the contact surface from the flat bumper bracket to the bumper. Without them, the high point of the inner bumper recess can roll up or down. Bob
