Hi folks,
I have installed hubs and bearings on Sprites and Big Healeys a half a dozen times over the years. Don't ever recall having a problem. Today I experienced a problem with the Bugeye that can be seen in the very short video below. While this is a Bugeye, the set up is basically the same as with Big Healeys. The axle and hub are from the Bugeye. The brake backplate/brake assembly is newly acquired from a 71/72 midget. The bearings were already in the hub. I didn't change them or the seal since all seemed good. Have I just missed something silly? Any ideas? Thank you!
