OK - this is driving me even more nuts than I usually am.
Different browsers have *very* different speeds for the same site.
If I clear the cache and go to:
https://www.britishcarforum.com/bcforum/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=378439#Post378439
... it takes five seconds to fully load the page using Safari. It takes 20 seconds to do the same using Firefox. Waiting 20 seconds to open a thread is crazy.
With no filters or ad blockers or script blockers, why the heck is Firefox so much slower than other browsers?
I have 3Meg cable internet, which I've verified at 3000 download and 768 upload.
Do other folks notice this browser difference? If you load the above BCF link, how long does it take to fully load the page?
And what browser are you using?
