British by the Sea at Harkness Park in CT?

Anyone hear when the British By The Sea show that's held at Harkness Park in CT will be this year? It's usually held on the first Sunday in June, but I just looked at the Museum of Transportation in Brookline, Ma lawn event schedule for 2009 and they are holding the British Car day show on 6/7. Hope there isn't going to be a conflict and both shows get held on the same day.

Not sure the Ct MG site does not have it listed as of yet...

I'll be going to Harkness this year, providing my car wants to go!

I usually go to both shows during the summer, but if it ends up they are on the same day and I have to choose, I'll go to the Harkness show. Much nicer location right on the sea.

It's not a fire Don, it's just some Lucas patina.

Rich 99.9% of the time it's the same weekend as The Greenwich Concours d'Elegance in Conn. They always conflict, which is a loss.End of May beginning of June.

BTW, I checked the British Marque site and according to their events listings the British by the Sea show is on the same day as MOT's British car day.

I may have to pass on Harkness and go to BCD. All of my clubs will be there and it's only 40 minutes away.

Tough decision. This will require some thought.

But if I miss it, I don't get to see you, Al, Alan or Bobby D till who knows when. Now it is getting really tough to decide.

I'm sure going to try Bob. Of course after digging out of over 18" of global warming between yesterday and this morning, my back is not thinking too highly about sitting in a TR6 for 3-4 hours. But that too, shall pass as the weather gets warmer and the top goes down.

My first project will be to have you, Al and the Purist over for golf. We'll discuss the summer tour strategy after the round over cocktails & dinner.

Back to Bill, the only problem that I have is I help the clubs at the events with a bunch of different things, so I may have to be at BCD.

Nice to see we are spoiled by choice. I try to get to these as life allows, even though my car is far from show worthy, I try to go to support the events.
