British by the Sea at Harkness Park in CT?

Right, Paul!

...a Stag would be SOOO much more a 'traditional' V8 Triumph. :wink:

Today I picked out bathroom fixtures. Or should I say I watched bathroom fixtures being picked out.

The TR8 purchase is but a dream for quite a while.

Hey , the TR8 would look great in the bathroom

My wife just walked by and saw your post and shut my monitor off!!!!!

Guys:
I usually make both those events (British by the Sea and the Larz Anderson MOT) but if they are on the same day that is going to be impossible.

Events;
British By the Sea - Harkness, Waterford, CT - June 7th
British Car Day - Larz Anderson Museum, Brookline, MA - June 7th
Day of the Triumph - Larz Anderson Museum, Brookline, MA - July 26

Ok I’ve got it. Let's do British by the Sea June 7th and then Day of the Triumph July 26th.

That is what I am doing.

Can I plead newbie ignorance and ask the difference between the two MOT events? Obviously one appears to be single marque vs LBC generally,but how much difference in scale exists?Having only been to Brits by the Sea ( and last year had to be the nicest day possible for the event) that has a strong draw but what are the others like?
H@#l,any dreams of actually driving the car with another 8+'' of ambiance on the ground seems pretty nice right now,never mind a dilemma of where to go!

Wow,that site went right into the Favorites list! Had never seen that info before-looks like some great car days up there over the summer. Thanks Al.

Poor planning on somebody's part. I like both shows. I don't think I've missed more than one or two Brit Car Days at MOT in the last 20 years and maybe only one Brit by the Sea since I first discovered it about 12 years ago. Makes it tough to choose. It will also cut down the number of cars that will in attendance at either show since a lot of the same people go to both events.
