No source in the world seems to have one. Does anyone have one they would be willing to part with? Even an old one that was replaced in the past would be better than nothing.
 
Sad to say I just ordered one from AH spares and got an email the next day that they don't actually have any and have not been able to find anyone to make them. Searched google, ebay US and UK with no success. I did find a few other sources of Brit parts that I was not aware of but all to zero success. Found another forum where folks were looking for then in 2017. A guy on there made one from blank aluminum using the shield from his old one. I might try that but I don't even have an old one for a pattern.
