What would you predict as a sale price range??

<span style="font-family: 'Comic Sans MS'"><span style="font-size: 11pt">Hard to say, as there are so "few" still around. There are eleven known to exist today. There were sold one Unit on UK Ebay last year, fully driveable but in need of resto. It went for about 5500 UKP, nearly 9000 USD.
There's also one for sale here in Norway, the price range is about the same. It's also a "drive it home", but need some care.

The one offered in CA has no engine, and misses some parts.
But Mark is a car dealer, he have had his costs towing it from Frisco area to his home near Santa Monica !!
He have cleaned it up and stored it for about one and a half year.

This is all I can say.
Give him a offer, and you'll see !!

Good luck

It would probably cost me as much to get it to the east coast as to buy it. And then, there's always the "guess what dear, I just bought us the neatest mini-akjsariuwq to drive around in". What, you don't quite get what it is we bought??

Being basically a chicken, don't think I'll start that war.

Look on the bright side, if she really doesn't like it, there is more than enough room to sleep there for a few days until the storm blows over

Just want to adjust the estimate of how many exist today.
There are ten Units, not eleven as previously said. Two of Series one, and eight of Series two.

Take care !!!

And what to my wondering eyes should appear.

Got this book before Christmas - flipped to the back cover and tada! Now if this pic has been posted before I apologize, I didn't feel like going through all the pages to check.

More to the point, page 79 has the author of the book hamming it up as a member of the "Special Tuning Crew" in front of the bus. (I can't scan without breaking the binding of the book - sorry.)

The website of the book is www.veloce.co.uk or www.velocebooks.com

The Author is Brain Moylan a picture of him is below

Cheers all!

So what you're saying is that I really should have bought it when it was $8k (CAD) (which was $5200 USD) in the late 90's
:wall: (actually don't have 95k now, didn't have 8k then - story of my life right there. )

Saw this today on this Board (I think you're already on it aren't you?) Not the same but cool none the less
