i have a 66 bj8 and i just changed the clutch pressure plate and throw out bearing and put in a new slave cylinder bled it and the rod moves the whole distance my prob is that i can't get it to go in gear any thoughts

Just a guess : May have gotten the wrong throwout bearing, or there is excessive wear in the pin / push rod end hole causing slop in the push rod--Keoke
