Bellhousing AEC 32933 - which engine?

Can anyone tell me what engine bellhousing AEC 3293 was originally paired with? I have a BJ7 engine fitted to a BN6 gearbox with overdrive. Want to make sure the correct bellhousing is fitted.

Trotti,

My BN6 has the same number...

Thanks,
Duane

Given that the clutch parts all need to match to work properly with one another, it might be nice to compile a list of bells that match model and compatible clutch sizes - I couldn't find one via a search for AEC 3293.

I did find an article from Moss which touches on the topic (see "Throw-Out Bearings" section) but it's incomplete: https://www.mossmotoring.com/clutch-parts-identification/

Trotti,

Below is the original parts list for the BN7/BT7 side shift gearboxes, engines: 29D-H101 through 29E-H2245.

Thanks,
Duane
