I dont have a pattern but if Mike takes me up on using my Passenger door I could make one before a reapply the cover. It may be awhile as I'm out of town for a couple of weeks I may be sneeking back next weekend.If so I will work up something.
 
I thought those folks interested in this thread might like to see how my door pocket project worked out. I had to manufacture the three Z shaped metal pieces and the U channel for the top. The three Z brackets were pop riveted in place, the U was epoxied . The 3/4" U sits 1/16" proud of the fiberboard, so 1/16" posterboard worked great to hide the rivets as it matched up perfectly. I used the fiberboard pocket from Moss as a drawing guide, arbitrarily choosing 1 3/4" for the width of the cardboard arms. I used Weldwood contact cement (thanks Rik) to glue the vinyl in place.

All the help from everyone was really appreciated!

Only one problem. They look better than the orginals. Way to go.

I've got lots of cardboard left over, so I'll bring you a piece. I used 3/4" aluminium angle (made of 1/16" thick material) to make the top U piece. I hammered one side over a scrap of 1/8" steel bar stock to form the U. The inside of the U isn't perfect, but if you round off the corner of the fiberboard with sandpaper, you can get a good fit.
