I've not set the final price yet, which will depend on final production costs and shipping costs, but I'm guessing around $20.
 
I'm good for at least 1, and hang on to those "T"s, I'm sure I will need to reorder more (I hope you have the size(s)!
 
I've ordered a "Proof". Once it gets here, and assuming it looks good, I will then provide a link where you can order the calendars. I'm using a service called Lulu which aerog told me about. They manufacture and ship direct, so I don't need to be in the middle of shipping (which is a pain). They have several shipping methods available and the cost of shipping varies depending on which you select. Thanks for all your support,

All - please see the announcement post I jsut made. Calendars can be purchased from a button on the "Portal Page" here. I am using a service called "Lulu" to manufaction, sell, and distribute. USe this thread to discuss or ask questions.
