Is there such a thing as an "Irish Car Show?".

If you're asking if there is car shows in the Republic of Ireland: of course there are.
If you are asking if there are/were any cars built in the Republic of Ireland, that's a different question.
There was the Shamrock car built by Shamrock Motors Ltd in Monaghan in the mid 50s. It was a horrid fiberglass sports car powered by an Austin engine.
Also, the TMC Costin built in Wexford. It was sort of a Lotus Seven type car. Panoz bought them out and still builds the kits in the US.
The first VWs built outside of Germany were built from "completely knocked down" (CKD) kits in the Dublin area in the early 50s. When I was a little kid living in Kilkenny, one of our neighbours had one of these "Irish VWs".
Other CKD cars were built in the Irish Republic. Even a small number of MGAs were built in Ireland with this method.
In terms of Northern Ireland, the Delorean and the CrosslΓ© (racing cars) come to mind.
But there have been many other CKD cars built in Northern Ireland (mostly in the Belfast area).
