Thanks for the photos, great stuff!

Yes, the Bristol is quite impressive.

I must say I am smitten by the Vauxhall PA Cresta. One of my absolute favorite cars of all time. Used to see quite a few when I summered in New Brunswick in my youth.

The Lotus Cortina is a favorite of mine, also. Hardly see any of them these days over here.

Thanks again!

They are all nice, but the Cresta is the eye catcher to me.

Many nice cars, but I'm surprised at the admiration for the Cresta. A thirsty, underpowered, wallowing rust-bucket if ever there was one, surely?
Perhaps it's just as well at least one is preserved, to remind us how bad things could get. They, and their contemporary Vauxhalls, really were quite dreadful.

They were very rust prone, but no more so than the Chrysler, GM and a goodly number of the other products of the late 50's early 60's.
And thinking back, the majority of large family type, passenger cars from the 50's and 60's I have ever driven were, to one degree or another, underpowered, thirsty wallowers. I have always been a fan of this style Vauxhall.

There is actually a place called Limerick?
That's not some kind of a Gimerick?
It looks like all,
are having a ball,
with their autos all shiny and shimerick.

Same nice Vauxhaull Cresta.
Cheers to all and a Happy New Year!

The Borgward is a rare beast..... Nice to see the Mk IV Cortina, that really well-preserved Lancia and of course the Cavalier coupe. The Farina Morris Oxford looks well-loved too. Heck, they all do! I am glad to see those cars beind so obviously well-loved.

As for that Cresta... There are a number of them still around here in Canada, I would say there are as many as ten Velox/Cresta PA's on the road here... Including the one a friend of mine owns here in Calgary, and there is a collector in Texas who owns five or six examples, although I haven't communicated with him for a couple of years now...
