MGB Automotive Machine shop

Hi all, I mostly just read posts but I've hit a rough patch with my MGB. So here it goes; I've got a 1977 MGB Roadster all stock. I have her taken apart installing new wiring and rebuilt transmission as well wanting to rebuild the engine. I have not been able to find a machine shop for the engine in over a year. Does anybody know of a shop/person willing to do work on an MGB engine in middle Tennessee or within a reasonable drive (few hours okay)? I've called and visited several shops in the area but I must be from another planet because of the remarks and looks I get. Most don't even know what an MGB is. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Check with JD's British Cars in Nashville. He can most likely point you in the right direction.
