Saw last night on the new, seems that a movie named "As Deep as the Grave" is being released with the departed Val Kilmer in a big part. Not filmed before he passed but his family licensed his image and voice for use and via AI he appears in about 1 hour of the run. What little has been shown on the news, seems to be realistic and not something where you feel there's something wrong with how it moves or talks. So along with the couple of completely AI "actors" out there they've yet to really use, I can see others now coming through that door to have deceased family members reappear. Imaging a new movies with a young John Wayne or Jimmy Stewart or Elizabeth Taylor, or any number of those from the past as families decide they can still make a living for them. Don't know how long it make take to really get going, but as the tech improves and AI "learns" the screen from the past, it'll happen.
