You could remove the insides of the control box & use it as as a junction box. Be sure to remove or cut the connection strips on the back side also. Actually you can leave the wires connected to their present terminals & just use internal jumpers in the gutted box.
The present wires on the A1 - one brn/blu, A - two brn, & D - two yel, terminals need to be connected together. The wires on the F & E terminals not used.
You should probably increase the size of the yel. wire from generator/alternator to control box junction to 10 gage. You may have to put a diode in the D wire that goes to the charge indicator/ignition light in the dash.
