Yeahbaby, If you go back to yesterdays topic 11:11 am Nissan wheels on a Tr6. you find some info. The bolt pattern of a Z is the same as a Tr6, except the lug nuts for the Z are metric and the Tr are 7/16 chevy. You will have to find a lug with a shank diameter of .746 (diameter of a Z lug) to .750" and 1/2" in shank length. Most mag lugs have a dia. of .685. The lug nuts center the wheel on the hub. I was able to find some lugs with .723" dia. which I have mounted at present, but the car has not been driven yet, because it's still in restore mod. One of our BCF members, Tosh, had a great tip, which you can read in the other post. His tip used 2 lugs, I use 3 with the taper,
to center the wheel. I also used 100 ftlbs of torque, which maybe over kill, but I did not want the wheel shifting on the hub. The closes I could come to that size Z shank, is the stock TR6 lug (.811" dia.), so I'm think I might have the Tr lugs machined to .748" and use the washer from the Z lugs, which has a slight press fit. If you have the Z lugs, you will see what I mean. And the Tr6 lug has the same 1/2" length shank. Let me know how it works for you, or if you have some other thoughts. As you know these wheels where only on one year of Z. 1981 1/2 280 zx turbo.
Kind of a rare bird. Good luck
Joe
