I had my original luggage rack re-chromed about 2 years ago but I don't have the heart to install it so it sits in the box.
 
Think I did that on this one about 12 years ago
 
If you are indeed hoping to sell it perhaps it will have a bigger audience among MG or AH owners (if it would fit their bootlids). With TR3s, TR4s & TR250s having nice luggage racks with 'no-drill' mounting the bolt-on type may have less appeal here.
