I recently purchased a dealer install under dash mount type A/C unit for my '77 MG-B. It has a new Sanyo type compressor. However, I have not yet taken the time to install it as I intend to swap out both the alternator and to install a gear reduction type starter at the same time. My "B" has the original style pusher fans in front of the radiator, which seem to be working OK as I have not had any over heating issues yet. I intend to replace them with a low draw high output 16 inch puller fan mounted behing the radiator so as to free up more space in front for the A/C condenser.

(FYI, I am in northern Alabama at this time.)

The engine was totally rebuilt less that 5,000 miles ago. It has a Weber 32/36 carb and Peco header with 2 inch pipe to a Flowmaster muffler system.

Basically, I am looking for any comments, tips, or advice.

No one has been able to I.D. these wheels yet...so if you have any guesses, I'd love to hear them.
 
I found a few pictures of the "Cromadora", and although one was similar...it was not the same.

The search continues!
 
Very cool vintage wheels! I'm thinking maybe they are Halibrands? They seem to be of the same period/style.

I didn't see anything on the Halibrand web page that looked like the wheel (of course, these rims may be 30 years old), and couldn't find an email address to shoot them a picture to see if they could verify!
