Today I pulled the distributor apart and found that the Nylon stepped washer inside the housing, at the bottom, is ruined.

I cant find such a replacement anywhere on the web.

Does anybody have any suggestions as an alternative?
 
Moss sells a new 45D4 as a replacement for the 25D4 for $71.95. Also you can contact Jeff at Advanced Distributors https://www.advanceddistributors.com/services07.htm
he might be able to send you the part you need. Other option is to have one made at a local machine shop. PJ
