And that confuses me a bit. Piston rod has a 32 clearance at the piston end and the stop bolt is correct as well I think. At least both pedals are even in the car.

Just went out and adjusted again. Hmmm, much better indeed. Thanks for the mind joger.

Now, how much pedal, brake, should you have till the brakes actually engage, ie the pedal gets hard??
