3000 Piston ID #s

I need to know what the #3 stamped on top of my 63/3000 pistons stand for. Is it .030 over, or 3rd OS ie .060, or just a variation # to match with a STD. liner?

Sometimes a single digit is used to number the pistons to get them back in the same holes during a rebuild. If they all are stamped 3, my guess would be .030 over. Have your machine shop mike them and you'll know for sure.
