I've always loved the Pantera's so that MG mid engine model would have been fine with me.

I've contacts in th' horse tradin' business, Don.

Nice Testa Rossa (ala Miami Vice) may be up fer sale. Unfortunately it's RED... highly attractive to local LEOs, apparently. <snork!>

Excuse me???

What could possibly be wrong with a RED Testa Rossa? (Red Red head?)

Last owner collected three "legal documents" in a matter of a few weeks after we found the other half of his engine. He bought it running on six jugs and didn't KNOW it.

Reference the pipedream comment especially. In an interview with Harris Mann, on the first John Clancy DVD, Harris puts the speculation that the TR7 could have ever been an MG to rest. He states that it was always to be a Triumph. The only reason that the MG badges were on the car were because they thought it looked bland with no badges. The photographs were taken in the Longbridge studios and they only had MG badges in the studio. The "Magna" name was simply spelled out with individual letters and was never a name associated with project "Bullet". Those photos have been the source of the MG crowds pipedream that the TR7 could have been an MG. Sadly, for the MG crowd, those photos were never anything more than convenience of expediency for a photo shoot.
