Pat, Like Crankshaft (Phil) advised above, you may want to re-think having your TR3A insured at "stated value"...
I think Pat has an agreed value policy - I do not think Hagerty would write a stated value.
Hard to compare rates in different geographic areas - especially when one of them is California. Different states have different mandates & different risk factors, other lines (e.g. liability limits) and of course individual drivers will vary (age, driving record).
