When we vacation, sometimes we'll stop and browse through antique malls/stores. Found this at an antique mall in Kentucky. This was in a booth where "all items 50% off marked price". It was labeled as an "MG Avon Cologne Bottle". For $2, how could I go wrong?

MG is to British Cars as Kleenex is to Facial Tissue (see, all that analogy study for the SATs paid off!).

Whatever you do, don't fill it with liquid. A Triumph doesn't retain fluids well.

I have two....and one is still full

Cheers

Hi Folks,

I have one that is "Full, Un-Opened & with the Orig. Box".

I wonder if they still make "British Sterling". That, my 1960's British blue blazer, and my powder blue TR3 would complete the ensemble.

4711 .. even today my smell good...reminds me of a tonic and gin drink
