They are lucky that is all that was done. Hope it dried before they could try to wash it off. Would be worse than dried bird poop.
 
Very true! Our small town has a four way in the middle. Two major highways. Talk about irritating Abbott and Costello "who goes first!"

How about going the opposite way around the traffic circle (clockwise) and on the wrong side of the road and driving a RH drive car. It can be scary.
