TR2/3/3A Radiator replacement, while I'm in there?

you will be happy with the wizard.
I have the spal fan and no mechanical fan and I believe I could drive the car with no fan.
The electric hardly ever comes on.

Thanks all again for the ideas. I will get some servicing/lubing done, but I don’t know how much preemptive replacement I’ll do given the overall condition of the car. Lots to inspect, though, and y’alls ideas give me good direction. Mostly I want to get the car buttoned up so it can be driven, so going to focus on that.

I want to get some miles on the car this summer and get a feel for the car and what it may need next.
 
If you have any oil leak from the timing cover, this is an opportunity to renew the seal and check the timing chain and tensioner for wear.
 
Brian is spot on, timing chain and tensioner are must service items on an unknown
engine.High milers will need a speedy sleeve too for the new seal to work right.

I'm finally getting back to this project after dealing with some medical stuff that kept me out of the shop for the last few months. Just ordered new radiator hoses and a fan belt, keeping the focus on getting the car back together so I can actually drive it. I'll look a few things over and check the steering box as well, but I've decided to keep it simple and get the car back on the road first. I can always pull it apart to work on other things later on, but the driving season here is short and I've already missed a bunch.

Thanks again for all the great ideas, I've made notes for future servicing.
 
There is a metal pipe between the 2 hoses. Mine was pretty ratty the last time I was in there, 4 years ago. I have a TRF pipe standing by for the next time I’m in there. Going to replace the two metal heater hose pieces on the firewall, and heater hoses as well.

I did order a new pipe as well.
